Plot
Yu Ming (Guo Jingfei) and Wen Yi Tong (RenSuxi) originally renovated their house to improve their living environment, but unexpectedly found a huge amount of cash hidden in the wall. Faced with this windfall that could change their fate, the couple had completely opposite attitudes: the husband hoped to use it to get rid of the triple pressure of mortgage, children’s education, and elderly medical care, and achieve upward social mobility; the wife, on the other hand, adhered to her bottom line and worried that the stolen money would bring trouble to her. From the initial confusion about concealing the money to the internal friction of hiding the money, arguing, and suspecting each other, the two gradually lost their way in the extreme tug-of-war between their desires and morality.
