To be effective, your notification must be in writing and include the following information:

3. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must be in writing and sent to the email address above, including:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or your local jurisdiction if outside the US) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Dramika adheres to a strict “Repeat Infringer” policy. We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to define the criteria for “repeat infringement,” but typically this involves users who have received multiple distinct DMCA takedown notices.
